If you are a Jennifer Chiaverini fan (author of the Elm Creek novels) you might be interested in our new club starting in 2010.  This club will meet monthly for one year and is based on the book Sylvia’s Bridal Sampler.  Each month we will make four blocks from the book and learn different quilting techniques as we go (appliqué, foundation piecing, template piecing, and so on).  We will discuss the blocks at our meetings as well as do some sewing.  You will be able to make various size projects from wall quilts to bed quilts depending on your interests.  And who knows – we may include some book reviews on the Chiaverini novels and/or some recipes from her latest book.

Meeting Times:  first Tuesdays of the month, February thru January, at 10am.

Fee includes the required book, Sylvia’s Bridal Sampler from Elm Creek Quilts.
