Dragonfly Quilt Shop does its best to stock adequate inventory, but it is impossible to predict the demand for every item on any given day. Unfortunately, backorders are always a possibility. In the event of a backorder, we will contact you via email to let you know your options.
Images are created to represent the product as closely as possible. However, because every computer monitor displays color differently, the colors you see here may not be accurate. If color is critical and you have any questions, please call us toll free at (888)969-0070 and we’ll be happy to help!
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Our mailing lists will NEVER be sold and we will NEVER share your personal information with anyone. The information you provide will only be used to accurately process your order and to send email updates if you so request.
Ordering
- All prices are in US currency.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. We offer secure online ordering through our shopping cart; however, if you would rather not give your credit card information online, please call us toll free at (888)969-0070, Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-5pm, Eastern Time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- To ensure confirmation of your order, please add sales@dragonflyquiltshop.com to your email address book.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all continental U.S. orders of $150.00 or more.
- We will make every effort to process your order quickly and accurately. Most products are in stock and are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Special orders and out-of-stock products can take up to 7 business days to ship. If for whatever reason our shipping delay is more than 7 business days, you will be notified by email.
- Shipping charges shown when you place your order are an estimate of the actual fees. Shipping charges may be adjusted based on the physical size of your order. If you wish to be notified of exact charges prior to shipment, please make your request in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart.
- We do not charge a handling fee - only actual shipping costs.
- Whenever possible, we use USPS flat-rate shipping and will utilize the smallest packaging that is appropriate.
- We are always happy to accommodate special requests for more immediate delivery (such as Next Day delivery) and will charge actual fees. Just include your request in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart.
- Local customers may pick up orders placed online. Indicate "in store pick up" when checking out. Your order will be ready after 12 noon the following business day.

Domestic Orders
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- A $4.95 flat-rate envelope will usually hold 5-7 yards of regular fabric.
- A $10.35 flat-rate box will usually hold 15-18 yards of regular fabric.
- Insurance is not added unless requested in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart. The additional charge will be added to your invoice.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
- We offer FREE shipping on all continental US orders of $150.00 or more.
International Orders
- Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail flat-rate.
- Postage for envelopes is $10.95 to Canada or Mexico; $12.95 to other countries. Envelopes will usually hold 5-7 yards of regular fabric.
- Postage for boxes is $25.95 to Canada or Mexico; $41.95 to other countries. Boxes will usually hold 15-18 yards of regular fabric.
- Your order may be split into multiple shipments if the savings is significant. If you prefer to receive your order in one shipment, please state in "Comments."
- Insurance & tracking is not available for International orders.
- No returns on international orders.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
- No international orders will be accepted by phone.
Refunds & Returns
- We will happily replace any merchandise which was sent in error or has a manufacturer's defect, provided the merchandise is returned to us in the original condition.
- Fabric may be returned if flawed (before washing). We cannot accept the return of fabric that has been washed, cut, smells of cigarettes or other odors, or fabric with pet hair.
- We cannot issue refunds for books, patterns, or any other copyrighted material.
- All returns must include a Dragonfly Quilt Shop shipping receipt and be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please, do not return any item without first obtaining authorization.
- Sales of clearance merchandise are final. No returns will be accepted on these items.
- All International sales are final. No returns or refunds on international orders.
- We will make a full refund of the purchase price in the event you are not completly satisfied.
- Shipping charges and associated fees (ie. insurance) will not be refunded.
